Content and IP Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

This policy explains who owns what when you use Little Ink Club: the photos you upload, the artwork we generate, and the finished book. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Little Ink Club is a brand operated by Wild Lines Ventures LLC.

1. The photos you upload

You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it for this purpose. You keep all rights to your own photos. Do not upload photos that belong to someone else, or images of people who have not agreed to appear in your book.

2. The artwork we generate

We turn your photo into original black-and-white line art using automated image generation. We design our process to produce original, generic artwork and to steer away from recognizable third-party characters, logos, costumes, and brands. We do not create books based on copyrighted characters or trademarked properties.

3. Logos already in your photo

If your photo already contains a logo or brand, for example on a shirt or a sign, our process reproduces only what is in the photo and may simplify it. We do not erase the things your family actually owns, and we do not add new branded elements that were not there.

4. Your finished book

The finished book is yours to print, share, and color for personal, non-commercial use. It is meant as a keepsake for you and your family, not for resale or commercial distribution.

5. Our brand

The Little Ink Club name, logo, website, and the design of the Service belong to Wild Lines Ventures LLC. These terms do not give you the right to use our brand.

6. Content we will decline

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content, and to decline or cancel any order, where the content infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or violates this policy or our Terms of Service.

7. A note on automated artwork

Because the artwork is produced by automated image generation, results vary and are an interpretation of your photo rather than an exact copy. We keep improving the process, but we cannot guarantee a specific result.

8. Reporting a concern

If you believe content on Little Ink Club infringes your rights, contact us at hello@littleinkclub.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
